Attorney Michael Libutti is prepared to negotiate desirable terms and prices for Class Realty Group clients. He graduated law school Magna Cum Laude, earned Law Review membership and received the top grade in Legal Writing, Trial Practice and four other courses. Michael also earned an undergraduate degree from UCSD where he played Division 1 water polo. During law school, he joined the juggernaut litigation firm Girardi-Keese and worked multi-million dollar pharmaceutical and products liability cases. Marcel Radzei

Marcel joins Class Realty Group as a successful entrepreneur with a highly analytical mindset, great negotiation skills, and executive level communication experience. He co-founded and financed several start-up companies in the US and Europe after earning his Master’s of Science in Management from prestigious Leipzig Graduate School of Management – HHL in Germany. Marcel lives with his family in San Diego County and enjoys horseback riding, a great glass of wine, a good book and a stimulating conversion. As an active real estate investor locally and abroad, Marcel is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs, relocation clients, and investors build wealth through real estate ownership.

Lea’s passion for real estate began early on as a little girl visiting the homes that her father was building in Northern California. She began her career in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, learning valuable skills negotiating contracts and managing various aspects of the business. Lea joins the Class Realty Group team as a mother of three, with a son currently attending school in La Jolla. She has two dogs and is a frequent contributor to local animal rescues and sanctuaries. She loves to spend time with family and friends and is passionate about health and wellness.
